Admission Procedure—New Students

Prospective students can request a student handbook and an application.

Once MCA is in receipt of the student application and the application fee, an interview with the parents and student will be scheduled.

All transferring students need to  request a copy of their school records to be sent to MCA.   For students in grades 9-12 an official copy of their school transcript must be sent to MCA’s office.

Kindergarten students must be five by December 1 of the year they enter school.   Proof of age will be required. 

In August, a packet of registration forms is mailed to all incoming students. 

Each new student is required to have a physical exam conducted by a physician. This form must be submitted to the school office.   All students need to be up-to-date with NY State’s  required immunizations.    The physical form is included in the August packet of forms.
